Order a taxi

What information do I need to provide when placing my order?

Make sure you have the street name and house number at hand. This way we can help you quickly.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

You will know that your order has been processed once you receive a confirmation email. Make sure you select the option "Send me a copy" when filling out the form to receive this confirmation.

Is it possible to book a taxi at a specific time?

Yes, you can book a taxi for any time you want. We are open 24 hours.

Can I be picked up anywhere in the Netherlands?

Yes, this is possible.

What should I do if my taxi is late?

Contact us via the telephone number on our website and we will help you.

Rates

Can I agree on a fixed price in advance?

Yes, this can be done by telephone. 

Does Adam Cab have a standard rate for rides to Schiphol?

With Adam Cab, you travel to Schiphol for a fixed rate. Please note that the price varies depending on the number of passengers: 1-4 people or 5-8 people. For more information about the rates, please call +31636212917.

Can I agree on a fixed price in advance?

Normally, all Adam Cab drivers drive on the meter. However, if you would like to agree on a fixed price, this can be done by telephone. Once the meter has started, it is no longer possible to agree on a price.

Do the rates differ between a sedan, station wagon and a van?

Sedans and station wagons charge the same rate. However, different prices apply for vans when transporting more than 4 people. Please contact us for more information.
